*** NOTE: An airbag module cannot simply be unbolted from one car and plugged into another without work. It will instantly trigger an SRS/Airbag light on the dash due to a VIN mismatch error. To successfully install a replacement unit carrying this part number, you will need a diagnostic system like E-Sys or a high-end scanner to change the internal VIN stored inside the module to match your chassis, and then execute a factory VO Coding sequence to calculate the exact number of physical airbags and sensors present in your specific vehicle layout.
